All
bookings in Croatia have to be processed through a Croatian
company. Once you confirm with us that you would like to
go ahead with the booking, we will pass your details to
our agent in Istria who will complete the booking.
Our
agent will send you full terms and conditions. We set out
below some key points for your information but please note
that in the event of conflict, then the full terms and conditions
prevail and we advise you to read them carefully upon receipt.
1.
Reservation and Payment
We
will require a 30% deposit on confirmation of booking. Please
note that the deposit is non-refundable.
If
you book within 6 weeks of the start of your holiday, then
the full rental amount will be payable.
2.
Payment of Balance of Rental Amount
Our
agent will need to receive payment of the balance of the
rental amount at least 6 weeks before the start of your
holiday. We will endeavour to contact you approximately
8 weeks before the start of your holiday to remind you that
the balance is due.
If
our agent does not receive the payment of the balance of
the rental at least 6 weeks before the start of your holiday,
we will send you a reminder by email or telephone. If she
does not receive the payment within 2 working days of the
reminder, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation
and your deposit will be forfeited.
3.
Security Deposit
Upon
picking up the villa keys from our agent, you will be required
to leave a security deposit of 300 EUROS.
The
security deposit will be returned at the end of your holiday
less any deductions.
If
anything in the villa or fixtures and fittings are damaged
during your stay you must advise the keyholder immediately.
4.
Prices and Periods
Prices
are quoted for the whole villa and not per person within the price
period shown and are exclusive of travel. If your holiday falls
across two different price periods you will be charged pro rata
for the number of days in each period.
Prices
include electricity, weekly cleaning, linen and towels. Linen and
towels are changed weekly and the villa is cleaned once a week.
Please supply your own beach towels for the swimming pool.
Any
other extra services such as extra change of linen, additional cleaning,
firewood etc. are not included and have to paid locally to our representative.
Reservations are normally from Saturday to Saturday. Short breaks
and other arrival dates are possible in low season – please check
with us.
5.
Arrival and Departure
Please
note that you will not usually be able to enter the villa
before 16.00 hours in order to allow time for the villa
to be cleaned and prepared between guests.
Ideally,
you should arrive between 16.00 and 19.00 hours on the day
of the start of your holiday and vacate before 10.00 hours
on the day of departure. Please arrange your travel to concur
with these times. You must contact our agent if you are
delayed. We cannot guarantee that keys will be available
outside of the above times and you may have to find hotel
accommodation and wait until the following day. If you are
unable to take occupation on the day and time reserved due
to delays, illness, personal reasons etc, no refund can
be made. Similarly if you have to cut short your holiday
no refund can be made for the days unused.
6.
Insurance
We
do not accept liability for damage to property or person. You should
arrange your own cancellation and holiday insurance – including
insurance for personal possessions.
7.
Care of the Villa
You
must leave the villa in good order and wash and put away
all kitchen utensils before your departure. Occupation of
the property is strictly limited to the number of people
named on the booking form. Please note that local regulations
and standards apply to local services and not those of the
UK.
Any
loss or damage to the villa or fixtures and fittings caused by you
will be deducted from your security deposit.
